Tib Tool™ Standard

I wanted to make my calf raises harder recovering from a ruptured achilles surgery. Squat wedges were perfect to use instead of a stair case and allowed me to work on them anywhere I travelled.

Very stoked with the Mini Nordic Bench. It is beautifully made. It is very sturdy with very high build quality. I can tell a great deal of thought has gone into the design of the bench. Even the instructions on how to put the bench together was extremely thorough and detail oriented.

My hamstrings have grown significantly over the last two months of use. Far more growth and stimulus than I have gotten from years of leg curl machine use at the gym.

I would love to find these benches in commercial gyms too. Hopefully they will become much more common

Useful to train depth of squat rather than compromising technique which will then need to be retrained regardless. The 3 way modular system allows this to be done effectively

Great piece of equipment. Exactly what I was after and appears to last the test of time!

Tib tool is well made (feels sturdy enough to take as much weight as you would want to load for the exercise) and comfortable (heaps of padding).
Wedges are large and stable - loaded back squats feel soo much better using these. The 2-piece wedges are super grippy and lock together perfectly.
Both these products have been a game changer for my workouts and rehab/prehab work.

Great tool!! Been using it for my Barbell back squats and has taken the tension off my back. I just use the lowest wedge, and this keeps me in neutral position and created more stability on my ankles. Been able to get full range of motion without putting any tension on the knees.
