Just got the reverse treadmill and I’m loving it. It’s great to warmup doing backward walking before I get into the more intense part of the workout. I’ve started using it before Nordic curls and it seems to give me a good burn. Super solid build, smooth belt, and assembly was straightforward. Stores upright, so I keep it downstairs in the garage without taking up space.
Bought the reverse treadmill to help with strength and conditioning for my knees, and for my parents to use as well in their older age. Overall, quite happy with the treadmill as it’s pretty easy to assemble, it’s quite compact and can fold up for abit more space. And the build quality is good so no problems so far. I just wish there was a quicker or different mechanism to secure the treadmill when folded up as currently it uses a screw knob that you slide through the hole and into the thread but that just takes a bit too much time in my opinion, it’s more of a minor inconvenience as it’s probably only 10 seconds or so to do but having to do that every time to pack away or fold out gets a bit tedious, and then also with putting that screw knob into the other hole when the treadmill is folded out to use, that hole doesn’t require screwing in but just places in so it doesn’t move, that bit is not a huge deal but again probably could have been designed a little differently. In all honesty the treadmill works perfectly and is great at what it does, it’s just that small gripe that I have with the folding and unfolding securing mechanism that I think could have had some more thought into designing. Again quite happy with the treadmill overall though so can recommend.
I do a lot of ATG style gym work, so this reverse treadmill has been a god send in my home gym.
I've had knee injuries due to sports and have ways used sleds in my backyard to help rehab but wanted a quick way to do this every morning without tearing up my grass. This fits the bill, mostly but the resistance is not comparable at all to a sled - and when you try to crank it up it just gets stuck or the unit tries to fold as you push. It's OK for getting some movement in but not for any decent loading.
Amazing. Love it!
