Purpose - The Tib Tool is designed for those wanting a dedicated tool to train the tibialis muscle more efficiently. The Tibialis anterior helps decelerate the foot and absorbs forces during activities such as walking, running & jumping. Strengthening this muscle may support lower-body mechanics and is often used by those experiencing stress on the shins, including shin splints. This Tib Bar is sized to fit Standard plates, so if you have Olympic weight plates (50mm diameter) please check out our Tib Tool Olympic

The Tibialis muscle is responsible for ankle dorsiflexion and inversion of the foot and is the largest of the dorsiflexor muscles. The Tib Bar and Tib Raises were first introduced by Bob Gajda and later popularized by Knees Over Toes Guy.

45kg rated - The Tib Tool has been tested to hold up to 45kg which is more than enough for training your Tibialis muscle. Once you test it out you’ll see why little weight is needed!

Sizing - This Tib Tool is sized for Standard plates (25mm in diameter) 

Make - Made from High Quality Steel and commercial grade foam. Also includes a pair of XL padding for those barefoot athletes! The Tib Tool Standard features a high quality plastic clamp to hold the weights.

Shipping - Orders are shipped one day after placing order. Shipping is currently available to Australia, USA, Canada, UK & New Zealand.
