Tib Bar: Used to strengthen the Tibialis Anterior muscle that is next to the shin bone on the front of the leg. Using a Tib Bar promotes longevity in the leg muscles to ensure you can continue to perform the activities you do on a daily basis. Select the shaft size for 50mm or 25mm weights.
Tib Bar Solo: Isolate each leg to increase range of motion, knee stability & strength. Utilise to correct imbalances where one leg may be weaker than the other. The Tibialis muscle is responsible for ankle dorsiflexion and inversion of the foot and is the largest of the dorsiflexor muscles. Select the shaft size for 50mm or 25mm weights.
