The Tib Tool™ Standard is a tib bar for 25mm standard plates, ideal for home gym training, ankle mobility, and progressively building tibialis anterior strength. The tibialis anterior runs along the front of the shin, controls ankle dorsiflexion, and absorbs load during everyday movement. Incorporating tib raises into your routine may support lower-leg resilience and ankle mobility over time. Tib bar training was pioneered by Bob Gajda and popularised for home gym athletes by the Knees Over Toes Guy.

Sizing - This Tib Tool is sized for Standard plates (25mm in diameter) 

Make - Made from High Quality Steel and commercial grade foam. Also includes a pair of XL padding for barefoot athletes who want a comfortable fit without footwear. The Tib Tool Standard features a high quality nylon clamp to hold the weights.

Shipping - Orders are shipped one day after placing order. Shipping is currently available to Australia, Canada, UK & New Zealand.
