With multiple ankle sprains in the last couple of years, my mobility is not what it used to be. Very stoked with the Mini Nordic Bench. It is beautifully made. It is very sturdy with very high build quality. I can tell a great deal of thought has gone into the design of the bench. Even the instructions on how to put the bench together was extremely thorough and detail oriented.

My hamstrings have grown significantly over the last two months of use. Far more growth and stimulus than I have gotten from years of leg curl machine use at the gym.

I would love to find these benches in commercial gyms too. Hopefully they will become much more common

Have tried a few in the past and nothing compares. Solid build, easy to use and load, feels good on the feet PLUS it looks great. Wouldn't use anything else!

Such an innovation in the fitness world, I was sick of the bulky sleds when doing drags. Now I don’t have to turn the whole sled around and interrupt my workout. Has added another way to strengthen and reduce my ankle pain after years of running.

For someone who is always looking for more ways to train at home with minimal space, this 360 pull sled is exactly what I was looking for. My walkway at home is super narrow and the 360 degree rotating plate is awesome so I can do pulls without having to move the sled around as there is no space. Also slides great in my backyard. Definitely worth the investment!

The swivel is a game change for this piece of equipment. The previous one I had, I had to flip it around every time I reached the end of the gym. This doesn’t happen now and also the base of the sled doesn’t scratch my gym

Superb bench for all training needs. The instructions that come with the Nordic Bench are super easy to follow, and once put together it is easy to see why they have so many good reviews. Great quality and awesome if you want to progressively get better at Nordic curls. The affordable price is another upside and also includes free shipping which is super impressive for a bigger sized shipment.

I’m so glad I got the Nordic bench, it has exceeded my expectations. If you want to strengthen your knees and hamstrings, this piece of equipment is the way to go. You haven’t trained hamstrings properly until you have done hamstring curls in my opinion, all other exercises are inferior. As a gym owner it is always great to have a piece of equipment that is well built and can handle my clients’ needs. It has definitely made a huge impact on their training and my own.

These blocks are exactly what I needed for improving my range of motion for squats. Usually I am unable to bend all the way down, but with the wedges my heels are elevated and my quads are more activated than ever before.

I’m always looking for new ways to help my gym clients achieve their goals and these squat wedges seem to be the favourite when performing squats. With 3 different heights I’m easily able to change the height of the heel to suit the level of my client. 5 stars!

These squat wedges are great. If you are looking for a way to train with elevated heels, this is the way to go. Similar to a slant board but the squat wedges give me the ability to change between three different heights. The material also prevents sliding when doing lunges with an elevated heel. Will continue to buy products from the Tib Tool!
