The Tib Bar & Wedge Bundle combines the Tib Bar & Squat Wedges to bring you the ultimate kit for longevity & mobility.
Tib Bar: Used to strengthen the Tibialis Anterior muscle that is next to the shin bone on the front of the leg. Using a Tib Bar promotes longevity in the leg muscles to ensure you can continue to perform the activities you do on a daily basis. Select the shaft size for 50mm or 25mm weights.
Squat Wedge: Use the Squat Wedges to elevate the heels to increase range of motion when performing exercises such as squats, ATG split squats, Romanian deadlifts, Jefferson curls and calf raises. Effectively strengthen the quadriceps and patellar tendons whilst also increasing ankle, Achilles and knee mobility.

I can't fault the tib bar. Doe's the job. Comfortable and protective on the feet and legs. All good
Tib tool is well made (feels sturdy enough to take as much weight as you would want to load for the exercise) and comfortable (heaps of padding).
Wedges are large and stable - loaded back squats feel soo much better using these. The 2-piece wedges are super grippy and lock together perfectly.
Both these products have been a game changer for my workouts and rehab/prehab work.
