Shipping policy

All orders will ship within 2 days of placing the order. We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA & Canada. 

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post which takes 2 to 8 business days to arrive.

The Reverse Treadmill ships within 2 business days and comes in two large boxes. It cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Apartment deliveries are to ground level only. If there is no safe place to leave the boxes, they will be taken to a nearby collection point. Business addresses are also accepted.

Australian delivery timeframes for the Reverse Treadmill:
• QLD: 1–3 business days
• NSW: 2–3 business days
• ACT, VIC, TAS, SA: 2–5 business days
• WA, NT: 6–8 business days

Orders to New Zealand take 6 to 10 business days to arrive.

Orders to the United Kingdom take 10 to 14 business days to arrive.

Orders to Canada & USA take 7 to 12 business days to arrive.
