The Multi-flex™ Tib Bar is the most versatile piece of equipment to train your entire lower body unilaterally. Perform up to 12 different exercises with the Multi-flex™ by targeting the tibialis muscle, hip flexors, quads, glutes and hamstrings. The modular design of the Multi-flex™ allows for easy storage and transportation. Remove & attach the 3 different weight sleeves depending on which exercises you want to perform. Prehab & rehab from injuries, increase mobility, stability & ultimately improve athletic performance. Suitable for users up to shoe size US 13.

1. Loosen straps to ensure enough space for foot, slide foot into Multi-flex™ base, tighten crossing strap on top of foot, align pad with heel, feed end of strap through slot & tighten back heel pad with velcro.
2. Screw in the front sleeve or side sleeves depending on type of workout, add rubber spacer, add weight onto stainless sleeve & secure weights with clamp.
3. When switching between feet, undo the velcro heel strap, loosen straps
& slide out foot. Repeat for other side.

This Multi Flex is really a new staple in my training at home. I've been using it to really strengthen my ankles due to multiple ankle sprains from playing sport. The original Tib Bar really helped with this, but the multi flex has allowed me to train the full range of motion. In particular the ability to do full rotational circles has drastically improved how stable I feel when running. This is my 4th purchase from these guys and they have not disappointed! 10/10
Such a well built piece of equipment with no issue of having to worry about weights falling off, as clips are great too! Awesome tool when looking to isolate the muscles of the hip and a must for me and my training! HIGHLY recommend 🔥
Multi-flex Tib Bar
The real beauty of this tool is that you can mount the weights on either the side or the front of the equipment. The metal footbed is robust and you can actually step on it whilst wearing it when readjusting your training positions when the plates are on the side mounts. The heel bar at the back of the tool is great to use as pivot when doing standing tib raises if your're trying to strengthen a weak tib alongside using the support strap. Easy to put on and take off, I can't recommend it highly enough.
