Purpose - The Multi-flex Strap is a dumbbell foot attachment used to isolate each leg while performing ankle, knee and tibialis training. The Multi-Flex Strap is our most affordable solution, offering the versatility to perform up to 11 different exercises. The Multi-Flex Strap is a versatile training tool that works with any lightweight dumbbell, enabling users to target the hip flexors, quads, glutes, tibialis, and hamstrings. Training these muscles will enhance explosiveness, jump height, speed and deceleration time. It will also support in injury prevention and recovery from conditions like ankle sprains, shin splints, and limited mobility. The use of equipment like a Tib Bar and Tib Raises was first popularised by Knees Over Toes Guy using the ATG System. 

The Multi-flex Strap is known by many names, these include Tib bar, Tibialis trainer, dumbbell foot attachment, ankle weight strap, iso tib bar and others.  

Perform 11+ Exercises

Simply strap in dumbbell, strap over the foot & tighten strap behind the heel.

Strengthen hip flexors with hip flexor raises.

Strengthen quads with single leg raises.

Reduce risk of shin splints with tib raises.

Perform single leg hamstring curls.

Increase ankle range of motion through ankle rotations.

Perfrom standing hamstring curls.

Use with all standard dumbbells.
